Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online business, but we do have an Auckland studio and collection hub.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do, all rates are available at check-out.
My item has arrived damaged.
Please send us images of the damaged packaging and the damaged product. We will send a replacement or refund if that is your preference.
Can I send to a PO Box?
All NZ deliveries are sent via courier, so they require a physical address. In some cases, international orders can be sent to a PO Box, please enquire.
Can I return my item?
If you have changed your mind you may return your item for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). The item will need to be received in perfect condition before we can issue a refund or credit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees vary depending on your location. Within NZ, most fees are a flat cost except for large scale framed prints. International shipping fees will vary depending on location, please view our check-out for pricing.
How long is shipping?
Within NZ, shipping is around 2-4 days, this may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas. Delivery to Australia is between 5 to 7 days and everywhere else, between 10 to 15 days. Delivery times can vary depending on the service used, please enquire.
Are there customs duty & taxes?
For international shipments there may be incurred customs duty & taxes, mainly for higher cost items, such as large scale prints, but please refer to your local customs or national mail service website for more details.
What are the forms of payment?
We have a credit card facility operated by Stripe services. We also accept bank transfers from domestic customers.
Who makes the Kitchenware?
All products are made in house from local and imported timbers. If you would like personalised chopping boards, please visit our sister company Calla Bleu LTD.
Who designs the artwork?
Majority of the artwork is designed in-house, sometimes we do commission other artists for their work, attributions are noted on the artworks. Printing is done by a local supplier.

How do I hang the prints?
All framed prints come with hanging cord or hanging clips on the rear. Its a good idea to measure the space before hanging and use a pencil to mark where you will place the hole.
How do I hang vinyl prints?
We always suggest a professional installer, however, hanging the vinyl's is not a difficult task if you are prepared and have a little patience. Here is a list of the materials you will need, full instructions will be sent with your order: Measuring Tape, Masking Tape, Pencil, Squeegee or Plastic Scraper, Scissors or Kraft Knife, Heat Gun or Hair Dryer.
How do I hang the acrylic art?
For non-permanent applications, we suggest command strips or something similar. For permanent applications, especially outdoors, we suggest silicon or liquid nails types products. We can add screw holes if that is your preference, please ask at your local hardware store for specific requirements based on the wall surface.
